GENERAL TERMS CONDITIONS & INFORMATION -
HOTEL CONGRESS & TRANSPORTATION PACKAGE AND PRE & POST TOURS
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS: Arrangements will be confirmed on a first come/first served basis while space is available at selected Hotels. Space is very limited - please book early.
A deposit of $ 500.00 per person is required. No reservation will be processed without a deposit.
Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATIONS: A full refund, less $150.00 per person handling charge plus any penalty imposed by air carriers, will be made on written cancellations received up to 90 days prior to departure. The following penalties will apply within 90 days of departure: 90 to 60 days - 25% of cost of tour, plus deposit; 60 to 45 days - 50% of cost of tour, plus deposit; within 45 days - no refund.
No refund will apply for unused or abandoned services during the trip or if your trip is interrupted.
INSURANCE COVERAGE: For your protection, Travel Cancellation , Interruption ,and medical Emergency Insurance is highly Recommended, in order to cover for the above cancellations fees imposed by hotels and other suppliers as other delay or unforeseen circumstances as specified in these Terms and Conditions. Please contact CTI for further details on Insurance available.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:
Due to limited motor coach and air transportation regulations, we request that only one bag, not to exceed total dimensions of 62" or 44 pounds, per person plus a carry-on bag, not to exceed total dimensions of 45", be carried.
PRICES in $ USA : are based on applicable GROUP SERVICES and tariffs and currency exchange rates in effect on February 20th 2008.Prices are subject to change. Substitute airlines, hotels and restaurants may be used, but will always be of comparable quality. The sequence of the services or the means of transportation in the itinerary may be altered if it becomes advisable. All prices are based on double occupancy group rates and will be subject to increase if the minimum requirement, imposed by the supplier, is not met. Single occupancy is available, subject to space and at additional cost, as well as independent transportation.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES or EXTENSIONS: Will be available, subject to extra charges.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: A valid passport is required - Please Ck with your nearest Israeli Embassy or Consulate to apply for your visa or vaccinations needs. USA & EUROPEAN UNION MEMBERS DO NOT NEED A VISA.
NOT INCLUDED: Passport and visa fees, Airport , city or security departure taxes, meals, food and beverages, extras, tips and taxes, unless specified; all items of a personal nature; or any other item not specified in the final Itinerary.
RESPONSIBILITY: WJA and Conference Travel International, Inc. (CTI) act only in the capacity as agents for the passengers with respect to services provided by others including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, restaurants, sightseeing and transportation companies.
WJA & CTI shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising out of or in connection with any defect in any vehicle, or any act, omission, neglect, accident, error, or default of any company or person engaged in providing such service for the tour participant reserved by (CTI).
WJA & CTI shall not be responsible or liable for changes of the tour itinerary or any arrangements,
if such alterations become advisable or necessary for the operation of the tour or Congress.
WJA & CTI reserve the right to withdraw a tour or refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time. If the minimum number of passengers booked for the tour is not reached 30 days before departure, the tour may be canceled and refunds issued.
WJA & CTI will not be responsible for any acts of God, such as weather conditions, earthquakes, epidemics, wars, terrorist acts, or civil disturbances in any destination, which may lead to the cancellation or postponement of any tour or travel arrangements made in conjunction with WJA Congress.
WJA & CTI / will not be responsible for the late arrivals of passengers at airports, airline delays, or for other reasons beyond their control, nor are they to be held liable for payment of any refund for unused services or penalties or additional cost occasioned by such cancellations delays or late arrivals.

The reservation and payment by the Trip Participant means the acceptance and understanding of these general conditions and responsibilities on behalf of all persons in a reservation.
PLEASE NOTE: This trip is only available to registered members of World Jurist Association.
